In the past two decades, many of the researches have been made in the development of an innovative electrochemical and biosensor analysis. The direct glucose oxidase (GOx) is the most promising bio- sensing technology for the detection of novel biomolecules. The simple method, compact design, low- cost, high current density and low-level detection limit advantages over the promising bio-sensing technology. The discussed fabricated electrode materials were studied through morphological (SEM, TEM and AFM), electrochemical (Cyclic voltammetry and amperometry), the effect of pH and electrode stabilities. In addition those, the suggested biosensors overview have been reported satisfying long-term stability of the bio-molecules.
