摘要

In this study, the direct electrochemistry of cytochrome c immobilized on a modified carbon pasteelectrode with cadmium oxide nanoparticles was described. The prepared cadmium oxidenanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electronmicroscope (TEM). The direct electron transfer of the immobilized cytochrome c exhibited twocouples of redox peaks with the formal potentials of .305 V and -0.244 V (vs. SCE) in 0.1M (pH7.0) PBS, respectively. The biosensor displayed an excellent electro-catalytical response to thereduction of H2O2. The linear range of this biosensor for H2O2 determination was from 20 to 210M.The established biosensor exhibited fast response, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and stability.
