摘要

A mathematical modeling of immobilized glucoamylase kinetics by flow calorimetry is discussed. Themodel is based on non-stationary diffusion equation containing a non-linear term related to kinetics ofthe enzymatic reaction. This paper presents the complex numerical methods (The modified Adomiandecomposition method) to solve the non-linear differential equations that describe the diffusioncoupled with a non-linear reaction terms. Approximate analytical expressions for substrateconcentration have been derived for all values of enzyme reactions parameters.
