Silicon/Graphite/Carbon Nanotubes Composite as Anode for Lithium Ion Battery

摘要

Silicon/graphite/ carbon nanotubes (Si/G/CNTs) material was prepared by ball milling and annealingin a special condition. Each sample was characterized by XRD, SEM, and electrochemicaltestament.The results revealed that Si/G/CNTs exhibited an initial specific discharge capacity of 2326 mAh g . After 35 cycles, a high reversible capacity of 1363 mAh g is still retained and thereversible capacity retention is nearly 86%. The improved electrochemical properties were due to theCNTs uniform dispersion in the inter-space of Si and graphite materials. This feature of CNTs not onlyhas excellent electron conductivity, but can also alleviate the SEI film.
