摘要

TiO2 films were prepared by solel methods with butyltitanate as main raw materials. Structural andelectrochromic properties were investigated by XRD, SEM, electrochemical workstation andUltraviolet visible spectroscopy. The results indicate that the TiO2 films have better electrochromicproperties when the films are amorphous with heat treatment temperature at 250and applied voltage-2 of 2V with respect to the reference electrode. And injected charge density is at 5.13 mCcm 宑yclicreversibility K value is at 0.48, transmittance is below 60% and the difference of transmittancebetween colored state and bleached state is 20%.
