摘要

The corrosion behaviors of amorphous, nanocrystalline and crystalline Ni-W alloys coating weresystematically investigated by ultrasonic-assisted direct current electrodeposition. Throughpotentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis, it was foundthe self-corrosion trend of nanocrystalline coating crystalline coating amorphous coating, whereas theanti-corrosion property trend of nanocrystalline coating crystalline coating amorphous coating inalkaline solution contrary to that in acid solution. The mechanism of corrosion resistance is amorphoushomogenous structure and WO3 films in acid solution and coating high electrical resistance in alkalinesolution corresponding to different structure, respectively.
