摘要

A novel electrochemical sensor for dicyandiamide (DCD) recognition and detection was fabricated byusing molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) technique. The MIP sensor was electropolymerized on thesurface of a golden electrode via cyclic voltammetry (CV). The properties of the MIP sensor werecharacterized via CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) by using potassiumferricyanide/potassium ferrocyanide as an electroactive probe. The results showed that the response-1 peak current was linearly related with DCD concentrations from 0.01 mol/L to 4 mol L and a limit-1 of detection of 0.3 nmol L (S/N = 3). The sensor was satisfactorily employed to monitor the infantformula.
