摘要

We describe the development of a sensitive electrochemical luteolin sensor based on poly(diallyldimethylammoniumchloride) (PDDA) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (PDDA-RGO).The PDDA-RGO sheets were characterized by SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopyand FTIR. The results indicate the PDDA-RGO sheets exhibit excellent dispersity and conductivity.Electrochemical studies showed that the PDDA-RGO modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) couldgreatly enhance the electrocatalytic activity towards the redox of luteolin. A series of experimentalconditions including the pH, accumulation potential and time were optimized. The proposed sensorexhibited a wide detection range (0.001 to 10M) with a detection limit of 0.001 M (S/N = 3).Moreover, the proposed electrochemical sensor has also been successfully applied to determination ofluteolin in thyme sample.
