In multivariate stratified population with unknown strata weights an optimal sampling design in presence of non-response can be formulated as a programming problem with multiple-objective function and convex constraint. Fuzzy programming technique has been used to obtain an optimal compromise allocation to this problem. A numerical example has also been provided to illustrate the procedure.
