Let be a field of characteristic not 2, be the set consisting of all matrices over and be the subset of consisting of all idempotent matrices. We say that a linear map preserves idempotents of tensor products of matrices, if for any and , is an idempotent whenever is an idempotent. In this paper, we characterize linear maps, where preserves idempotents of tensor products of matrices.
