The article presents two projects carried out by the Regional Public Library and Cultural Management in Poznań, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The first of these, concerning the implementation of e-learning platform, purchase of a program for creating multimedia courses and training for staff that would be involved in course creation, was carried out in 2010. Thanks to the project every year we run another e-training for librarians from the Greater Poland Voivodeship. In 2014 a fully free and accessible course was prepared on bibliographic description in MARC 21 format. The second project is a board game about safety on the Web - titled “Internet Explorers” The aim was to create an interesting tool for working with children and young people, which could benefit librarians. The game is currently available free of charge on the on-line platform of the Library. Additional elements are an e-learning course on network security and a poster, which can be printed to inform about the meeting.
