The theoretical and practical possibility of a considerable increase the amplitude of vibrations of pivotal ultrasonic oscillatory systems by the selection of coupling element between the transducer and the tool is shown. The pin or shank can be used as the coupling element. The acoustic contact of pin or shank with the transducer and tool is executed in this case only by threaded connection. There is no direct contact between the transducer and tool.
