A 39-year old female with a history of Type 2Diabetes for the last two years was admitted withprogressively worsening shortness of breath, nonproductive cough and right sided pleuritic-typechest pain of two-days. She was a non-smoker anddenied history of fever, night sweats, or tuberculosisexposure. She had lethargy, loss of appetite andunexplained loss of weight over the last month.She denied a history of haemoptysis, orthopnoea,paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea or leg swelling.
