Cortical blindness (CB) is known to be caused by damage to thegeniculocalcarine visual pathways [1]. CB is most commonly associatedwith cerebrovascular diseases, but it can also occur as a complication ofcardiac surgery or cerebral angiography [1]. Here, we report an extremely rare case of delayed-onset CB after resuscitation from cardiacarrest.
