摘要

The main objective was to describe the teachers' work behavior at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Surdel Lago. According to Villase?or (2013), organizations can not control 100% of their employees, but they cantake measures that reduce problems in their work behaviors. The research was descriptive, with a nonexperimental field design, 98 teachers from the institution were sampled. The instrument was a questionnairebased on 8 closed and selection questions. Analyzed the results, it is concluded that teachers are absent fromtheir work due to temporary and legal incapacity.
