OfficersSection 1. There shall be a president, a president elect(during the even-numbered years only), an immediate pastpresident (during the odd-numbered years only), three vicepresidents, a secretary, four associate secretaries, a treasurer,and an associate treasurer.Section 2. It shall be a duty of the president to deliver anaddress before the Society at the close of the term of officeor within one year thereafter.
