Abstract：Objective To evaluate the hospital based continuous nursing in patients with esophageal carcinoma after radical resection. Methods A total of 70 esophageal carcinoma patients undergoing radical resection were randomly divided into the control group (n=35) and the observation group (n=35).  The control group was given conventional discharge instructions and the observation group was given hospitalbased continuous nursing interventions. The quality of life at discharge and three months after discharge were assessed by EORTC QLQC30 (Chinese version) scale, and the nursing satisfaction was assessed by selfmade questionnaire. Results    There was no significant difference in  each factor of EORTC QLQC30 between two groups at discharge (P＞0.05).  The observation group achieved a higher score in physical function (PF), role function (RF), cognition function (CF), emotional function (EF) and general quality of life (QL), and a lower score of pain assessment  (PA)  compared with the control group  three months after discharge (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The score of  nursing satisfaction assessment was (97.00±3.47) and (90.29±4.53) in the observation group and the control group respectively, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Hospitalbased continuous nursing intervention is effective to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with esophageal carcinoma after radical resection.
机译：摘要：目的评估食管癌根治性切除术后医院的持续护理。方法将70例食管癌行根治性切除术的患者随机分为对照组（n = 35）和观察组（n = 35）。对照组给予常规出院指导，观察组给予医院为基础的连续护理干预措施。用EORTC QLQ-C30（中文版）量表评估出院时和出院后三个月的生活质量，并用自制问卷评估护理满意度。结果两组出院时EORTCQLQC30各因素无显着性差异（P＞ 0.05）。观察组在身体功能（PF），角色功能（RF），认知功能（CF），情绪功能（EF）和一般生活质量（QL）方面得分较高，而疼痛评估（PA）得分较低出院后三个月与对照组比较（P ＜0.05或P ＜0.01）。观察组和对照组的护理满意度评估得分分别为（97.00±3.47）和（90.29±4.53），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论医院为基础的持续护理干预能有效提高食管癌根治术后患者的生活质量和护理满意度。
