Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing by syndromes differentiation in patients with Type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 64 patients of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care, and the TCM nursing interventions by syndromes differentiation were carried out in the observation group. The level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2-h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), incidence of hypoglycemia and quality of life were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results   The level of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c were reduced in both two groups after intervention(P0.05), and were lower in the observation group than those of controls(P0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved a higher score of short form 36 health status questionnaire assessment compared with those in the control group. Conclusion   TCM nursing by syndromes differentiation may improve the blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes.
机译：摘要：目的观察中医辨证分型对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法将64例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。两组均接受常规治疗和护理，观察组采用辨证论治。比较两组的空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2 h血糖（2hPG）和血红蛋白A1c（HbA1c）水平，低血糖发生率和生活质量。结果干预后两组的FPG，2hPG和HbA1c水平均降低（P <0.05），而观察组低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组患者的简短36型健康状况问卷评估得分更高。结论通过辨证论治的中医护理可以改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制和生活质量。
