摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing for patient with peritoneal dialysis associated peritonitis (PDAP) and hypokalemia. Methods A total of 108 patients with PDAP and hypokalemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. Both group receive antiinfective therapy and potassium supplements. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with high quality nursing interventions. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service was compared between two groups at discharge.Results The observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with the control group (96.3% vs. 74.1%, P＜0.05 ). Conclusion Application of high quality nursing is potentially effective to improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patient with PD treatment.
机译：摘要：目的探讨优质护理对腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎（PDAP）和低钾血症患者的疗效。方法将108例PDAP和低钾血症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。两组均接受抗感染治疗和补钾。对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用优质护理干预措施。比较两组出院病人对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比，护理满意度较高（分别为96.3％和74.1％，P ＜0.05）。结论高质量护理的应用可能有效提高PD治疗患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性。
