Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Comprehensive nursing measures in patients with transurethral resection of the prostate. Mehthods A total of 116 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routing nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures. The clinical efficacy, length of stay and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups (P>0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation status and satisfaction degree of patients with transurethral resection of the prostate.
