:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nursing management by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation for patients with epigastric pain caused by liver-Qi attacking stomach. Methods 〓Totally 112 patients with epigastric pain caused by liver-Qi attacking stomach were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 56 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine treatment and nursing management, and those in the observation group were given TCM herbal decoction and nursing management by TCM syndrome differentiation. The efficacy of interventions on epigastric pain caused by liver-Qi attacking stomach was assessed. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 92.86%(52/56)in the observation group and was 80.36%(45/56)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05 ). Conclusion 〓The nursing interventions by TCM syndrome differentiation are effective to improve the clinical efficacy in treatment of epigastric pain caused by liver-Qi attacking stomach.
