摘要

：Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and hypertension. Methods 〓Totally 40 elderly patients with CHD and hypertension with admission date between January 2018 and April 2018 were selected as the control group. Another 40 elderly patients with CHD and hypertension with admission date between May 2018 and August 2018 were enrolled as the study group. Patients in the control group received routine care during treatment, and those in the study group received nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation. The blood pressure levels, compliance with nursing care and score of Nottingham Health Profile(NHP)were compared between two groups. Results 〓The levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control after the nursing interventions(P0.05). Patients in the study group achieved higher scores of compliance assessment and NHP scale compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation are potentially effective to improve the compliance with nursing care, blood control and quality of life in elderly patients CHD and hypertension.
