Abstract：Blood purification is one of the main treatment opinions for uremia. With the development in blood purification technology and increasing need of nursing service, the specialization of clinical nurse is the direction for the development of blood purification nursing. This paper reviewed the present training situation of clinical nurse specialist in blood purification, and to provide related approaches based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages in current training mode.
