摘要

：Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing measures of skin injury after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)placement. Methods 〓Totally 488 patients undergoing PICC placement between January and December 2017 were included as the control group, another 553 patients undergoing PICC placement between January and December 2018 were included as the study group. All patients received routine care during PICC placement, and those in the study group were given targeted intervention to prevent local skin injuries. The incidence of mechanical skin injury and contact dermatitis were compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of mechanical skin injury and contact dermatitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group, respectively(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The targeted nursing interventions are effective to reduce the risk of skin injury after PICC placement.
