摘要

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of the whole course optimized nursing in the emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group were treated with routine care, the patients in the experimental group Gasch full optimization of care compared two groups of patients overall rescue effect, clinical parameters associated with clinical events.Results The overall effect of rescue of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than control group (P0.01); triage assessment time of patients in the experimental group, electrocardiography time, blood and time of Administration andemergency time was significantly lower than the control group (P0.01); the experimental group in patients with recurrent AMI and the incidence rate of nosocomial PCI again was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Full optimization of care can effectively improve the rescue effect of acute myocardial infarction, save unnecessary medical time, and reduce the adverse consequences of having a sexual reference.
机译：摘要：目的探讨全过程优化护理在急性心肌梗死急诊中的应用效果。方法将100例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组进行常规护理，实验组的患者Gasch充分优化治疗，比较两组患者的整体抢救效果，结果与实验事件相关的临床参数。结果实验组患者的整体抢救效果明显优于对照组（P <0.01）。实验组患者的分诊评估时间，心电图检查时间，血液和给药时间以及紧急时间均明显低于对照组（P <0.01）;实验组AMI患者复发，院内PCI发生率再次明显低于对照组（P <0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论全面优化护理可有效提高急性心肌梗死的抢救效果，节省不必要的医疗时间，并减少性推荐带来的不利后果。
