Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus undergoing interventional treatment. Methods A total of 180 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 90 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routing nursing care during interventional treatment, while the clinical nursing path was applied to patients in the observation group. The incidence of complications and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation had lower incidence of complication and higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion During the interventional treatment, clinical nursing pathway may effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction of patients.
机译：摘要：目的探讨临床护理路径对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的介入治疗效果。方法将180例冠心病并发糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组90例。对照组的患者在介入治疗期间接受了路线护理，而观察组的患者则采用了临床护理路径。比较两组的并发症发生率和护理服务满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者并发症发生率较低，护理满意度较高（P ＜0.01）。结论在介入治疗过程中，临床护理途径可有效减少并发症的发生，提高患者的满意度。
