：This paper reviewed the nursing management of one patient with sicca syndrome combined with multiple organs failure during total hip replacement. The patient received targeted nursing interventions on sicca syndrome, preventive measures of lower-limbs deep venous thrombosis, systematic functional exercise and health education before discharge. The sutures were removed at 14 days after the surgery, and the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital. The high-quality nursing and rehabilitation exercise are essential for the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients.
