Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application of the daysurgery in ophthalmology.  Methods A total of 50 patients from “daysurgery” ward in ophthalmology were recruited as observation group, another 50 patients from general ward were set as control group, both with phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation. The hospitalized costs, bed utilization rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had shorter length of stay, less hospitalization cost, higher bed utilization rate and nursing satisfaction rate compared with the controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion The mode of daysurgery ward could reduce hospitalizationcost improve the patients′ satisfaction and the bed utilization rate in ophthalmologic ward.
机译：摘要：摘要：目的探讨日间手术在眼科中的应用。方法选取眼科“日手术”病房50例为观察组，普通病房50例为对照组，均行超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术。比较两组的住院费用，床位利用率和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组住院时间短，住院费用少，床位利用率和护理满意度高（P ＜0.01）。结论日间病房模式可降低住院费用，提高患者的满意度和眼科病床利用率。
