Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing for patients with tinnitus and deafness. Methods A total of 80 cases with deafness and tinnitus treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). Patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was given comfort nursing, sleep quality of two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, the AIS score of two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05). After 1 month and 2 months of intervention, significant difference was found in AIS score in the observation group compared with the control group(P0.05). Nursing satisfaction score was (92.18±5.32) in the observation group and (70.65±6.35) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients with nervous deafness and tinnitus can effectively improve the quality of sleep, quality of life and patients' satisfaction.
