Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To study the problems of clinical nursing assessment in patients with accidental trauma in the emergency department, and to formulate the corresponding nursing measures. Methods The material of 450 accidental trauma patients admitted to the hospital was retrospectively analyzed, existing problems of clinical nursing was observed and summarized, and the corresponding nursing countermeasures was put forward. At the same time, 180 patients with accidental trauma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The satisfaction of nursing work was observed in the two groups. Results It was found that medical and nursing staffs were lack of nursing diagnosis knowledge, the limitations of thinking, lack of communication and communication skills, without pay attention to nursing examination application in nursing assessment, without strong sense of responsibility, didn′t carefully collect patient data, subjective, not personally collection complete nursing data from a nursing perspective and other problems. After corresponding nursing intervention, the qualified rate of nursing staff′s operation was 96.43%, the theoretical test was 100%. And the patients′ nursing satisfaction was 93.34%. Conclusion Retrospective analysis of the clinical data, summarization the problems of past clinical nursing assessment problems, and corresponding nursing improvement for the problems, improving the theoretical level and operational skills through the assessment can better serve for the clinic.
