摘要

：Objective To investigate the effect of out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions for children with allergic purpura. Methods 〓Totally 83 children with allergic purpura were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42)according to the order of admission. The children in control group were given routine care, and those in the observation group were given out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions. The compliance behaviors(family members' compliance, medication compliance and diet compliance)scores were compared between two groups before interventions, 3, 6, and 12 months after interventions. The recurrence rate was compared between two groups after interventions. Results 〓After 3, 6, 12 months of interventions, the scores of family members' compliance, medication compliance and diet compliance of children in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the identical time points(P0.01), the recurrence rates were significantly lower than those in the control group at the identical time points(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions effectively improves children's compliance behaviors and reduce disease recurrence rate, thereby effectively improving the clinical rehabilitation effect.
