Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on emotional status and quality of sleep in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients with chemotherapy were divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy nursing mode, while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode. The SCL90 and PSQI scales were used to evaluate the changes of emotional status and quality of sleep in both groups. Results After nursing, the emotional status and quality of sleep improved significantly in both groups, and the improvement degree of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model is obviously better than routine nursing in treatment of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.
