摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of 4C nursing intervention for patients with coronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 108 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing after operation, and 4C nursing intervention was performed in the observation group. The score of chronic disease selfefficacy scale (CDSES) and treatment compliance were compared between two groups. Results The CDSES score was higher in the observation group than that of controls after nursing intervention (P＜0.01). Patients achieved higher score in compliance to followup, drug administration, proper diet, work and rest patterns, exercise, quitting smoking and alcohol compared with those of controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of 4C nursing intervention can enhance the selfmanagement of patients with coronary stent implantation, therefore improve the treatment compliance.
机译：摘要：目的探讨4C护理干预对冠状动脉支架置入术的疗效。方法将108例冠心病患者行冠状动脉支架置入术，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。两组术后均接受常规护理，观察组进行4C护理干预。比较两组慢性病自我效能感量表（CDSES）得分和治疗依从性。结果观察组护理干预后，CDSES评分高于对照组（P ＜0.01）。与对照组相比，患者在随访，服药，合理饮食，工作和休息方式，运动，戒烟和饮酒方面的依从性得分较高（P ＜0.01）。结论应用4C护理干预可以增强冠状动脉支架置入术患者的自我管理能力，提高治疗依从性。
