Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing care in schizophrenic patients at recovery stage. Methods A total of 88 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the observation  group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was given individualized nursing care. The assessment result of brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and social disability screening schedule (SDSS) were compared between two groups at admission and 1 month after treatment. Results The BPRS and SDSS score were decreased in both two groups 1 month after treatment (P＜0.01), and were significant lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Individualized nursing care can improve the mental status and social function in schizophrenic patients at recovery stage.
机译：摘要：目的探讨个体化护理在精神分裂症患者康复阶段的效果。方法将88例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组44例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组进行个体化护理。比较两组入院时和治疗后1个月的简要精神病学评定量表（BPRS）和社会残疾筛查时间表（SDSS）的评估结果。结果两组治疗1个月后BPRS和SDSS评分均降低（P ＜0.01），观察组明显低于对照组（P ＜0.01）。结论个性化护理可以改善精神分裂症患者恢复期的心理状况和社会功能。
