The Hp eradication rate was 95.0%(57/60)in the observation group and was 83.3%(50/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). There were 2 case of relapse in the observation group and 9 case of relapse in the control group after 6 months follow-up, with a significant difference(P0.05).
