Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of diet nursing in patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 110 heart failure patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care and strengthened interventions on diet were applied to the patients in the observation group. The quality of life, nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The score of life was decreased in both of two groups one month after intervention, and was lower in the observation group than that of controls (P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.4% in the observation group and was 83.6% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthened diet nursing for the patients with clinical heart failure is potentially effective to improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation.
