Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese dietary therapy on rehabilitation of cancer patients. Methods A total of 64 patients with cancer were randomized into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=32). Patients in the control group were given conventional diet and rehabilitation guidance, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese dietary therapy based on the control group. The KPS, body weight and the improvement of clinical symptoms were assessed and compared between two groups after 2 months of intervention. Results The observation group received a better improvement in KPS, body weight and clinical symptoms compared with the controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese dietary therapy can improve the nutrition status and quality of life in cancer patients.
机译：摘要：摘要：目的观察中医饮食疗法对癌症患者康复的影响。方法将64例癌症患者随机分为观察组（n = 32）和对照组（n = 32）。对照组患者接受常规饮食和康复指导，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中式饮食治疗。干预2个月后，评估并比较两组的KPS，体重和临床症状的改善。结果与对照组相比，观察组的KPS，体重和临床症状均有改善（P ＜0.01）。结论中医饮食疗法可改善癌症患者的营养状况和生活质量。
