Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage combined with differential dietary TCM nursing intervention on promoting postpartum lactation. Methods A total of 100 primiparae were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given acupoint massage and differential diet after 30 minutes and control group was given early breastfeeding instruction, life care, and nutritional dietary after 30 minutes. Results The initial time of lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The amount of postpartum lactation was significantly increased on the first, second and third days (P0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with TCM nursing intervention can promote earlier lactation, and more lactation amount, and effectively solve the problem of breastfeeding.
