Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of cluster nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy. Methods A total of 60 cases with severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group implemented cluster nursing based on the control group. Results After nursing, the differences in CRP and PCT in the two group were statistically significant(P0.05). The error aspiration, bleeding, sputum scab, and complication rate in the observation group were better than that in the control group, which showed significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing can reduce the complications of patients, stabilize indicators of the patients, and consolidate the patient′s physical condition.
机译：摘要：摘要：目的探讨整群护理在气管切开术后重型颅脑损伤患者中的作用。方法将我院气管切开术后重症颅脑损伤60例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施整群护理。结果护理后，两组的CRP和PCT差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组的误吸，出血，痰结ab和并发症发生率明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论实施整群护理可减少患者的并发症，稳定患者的各项指标，巩固患者的身体状况。
