：This paper reviewed the nursing experience of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy-ventricular tachycardia(ARVC-VT)in two patients undergoing epicardial radiofrequency ablation through pericardium. The operative successful rate of patients with ARVC-VT can be insured by corresponding nursing measures, including preoperatively thoughtful preparation, intra-operatively rigorous monitoring and analgesia as well as postoperative observation and identification to complications.
