Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of overall nursing intervention on nutritional status and dialysis complications in patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients were recruited as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the admission order．The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group used overall nursing intervention, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group received lower incidence of complications and better nutritional status compared with the controls (P0.05). Conclusion Overall nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can improve the nutritional status, reduce the risk of complications, and improve quality of life of patients.
机译：摘要：摘要：目的分析全面护理干预对血液透析患者营养状况和透析并发症的临床效果。方法选取80例血液透析患者为研究对象，按入院顺序分为两组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组采用整体护理干预，两组的护理效果比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者并发症发生率较低，营养状况更好（P <0.05）。结论血液透析患者的全面护理干预可以改善患者的营养状况，减少并发症的风险，并改善患者的生活质量。
