摘要

Entrepreneurship is the key to success and economic growth of organizations. What distinguishes innovative and productive organizations from others is structural characteristics that can fit its position. The application of organizational structure comes with acquisition and promotion of corporate entrepreneurship. Therefore, the study seeks to investigate organizational structure underlying corporate entrepreneurship. With respect to methodology, the study is an applied research in terms of purpose, and a descriptive research in terms of data collection, and an experimental research in terms of relationship between research variables, and more specifically it is founded on a structural equation modelling. A questionnaire and statistical analysis along with SPSS and PLS software programs were used to measure research variables. The results of analysis on questionnaire indicated that there is an inverse association between organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship; likewise, there is an inverse relationship between organizational structure (complexity, formalization and centralization) and organizational entrepreneurship.
