摘要

Today, the economic characteristics of any society in any research is of particular importance. The economic problems of any society, in any order, is performed on study and calculatio n of the national income. Charles Henry Hall, uses these calculations to determine the variables quality and economic elements, and as economic criteria, constitute the basic economic theories. For this reason, factors analysis of national income formers a nd affected elements are located by the economists and planners. LIONEL RABINRE, the famous English economist, believes that economic research, studies the human behavior as relation between resources and scarc e production factors which have various uses a nd human financial factors which are unlimited. Understanding the value and share of local economy activities will be strengthening the planning. For example, employment opportunities, affects the population level th rough immigration. And thus, will affect the housing needs. Planners are interested in 3 broad areas of economic activity, the prospects for the local economy sizes and the scale and characteristics of subsequent development, the personal income and its effect on the de mand for services such as shopping centers and requirements for land, building and infrastructure. So to understand the factors contributing to the economic development of the province and city of URUMIYEH, different types of employment in industry, agriculture and service s should be defined and recognized.
