[Portuguese] Trata-se de um trabalho sobre a organiza??o da informa??o em portais de bibliotecas universitárias que objetivou identificar parametros, bem como as variáveis comuns e específicas. A pesquisa é caracterizada como estudo de caso descritivo, na qual a amostra é intencional, uma vez que os dois portais selecionados para tal fazem parte da Biblioteca Digital da Comunidade de Aprendizagem da Rede das Institui??es Católicas de Ensino Superior (CVA-RICESU). A coleta dos dados se deu por meio de um roteiro elaborado com base na literatura técnico-científica que contemplou três aspectos: a estrutura administrativa, os servi?os e os produtos. Após a coleta e discuss?o dos dados, observou-se que as informa??es nesses portais n?o est?o organizadas segundo a hierarquia informacional dos aspectos analisados, além de n?o diferenciarem servi?os de produtos. [English] This work talks about the organization in sites of university libraries that aimed the identification of the parameters such as the common and specific variants. The research is defined as a description case, that the sample is intentional. The two portais selected are part of the Catholic Institution of Superior Education (CVA-RICESU). The collect of the datas was done based in a scriptelaborated with basis in the litarature technical-cientific that got three features: the organizacion structure, the services and the products. After the collect and discussion of the datas, it was checked that the information in those sites are not organised according to the information hierarchy of the features checked, neither discriminated the services and products.
