The European Union offers to its European Neighborhood Policy partner countries deeper economic ties through trade and economic integration and has continued trade relations with most ENP partners, including Ukraine, Moldova as well as launching negotiations to extend free- trade agreements with Mediterranean partners. Romania supports the European aspirations of the countries from the Eastern Europe that are aimed by the Neighborhood European Policy – Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and the Southern Caucasus – and expresses its availability to support the implementation of the Action Plans in these countries.
