The Correios has undergone drastic changes in the last decades due to the appearance of new technologies, both due to the impact of the same on their business, as for the change in the society's behavior. Among the numerous postal marks used, the DH - After Time, indicative of object posted outside the time limit, had a great increase in its use by the Correios in the last decades, in parallel with the emergence of new special services. The application of the DH mark on the objects is usually done via rubber mark or mechanical franking, but other less usual modus may occur. So this work aims to identify some of these peculiar occurrences and discuss their implications. The methodology used consisted basically of performing a search on a sample of about 7,000 modern circulated objects. It was confirmed that the application of the DH mark on the observed postal objects occurs mostly as expected. However, other unusual forms of application were identified, such as handwritten, redundant, inverted, and shaved. Cases of omission of its physical application, called omitted, have also been verified, which is worrying, both for philatelic and ethical issues.
