A 48-year old Caucasian female presented with skinwrinkles on the wrists bilaterally. The patient statedthat these lesions have been present for the last tenyears and they became deeper gradually. She didn’t useany antiaging products or suncreen for her hands andupper extremities regularly. Dermatologic examinationrevealed bilaterally symmetrical distributed linear skinwrinkles on the dorsal site of both wrists (Fig. 1). Thepatient was a dentist and she admitted that she usuallyextend her wrists while working. Therefore, the patientwas advised to avoid the palmar extension and changeposition as often as possible.
