Vascular structures in dermoscopy have an importantrole to play in the categorization of lesions as benignor malignant. Some of the more characteristicfindings like crown vessel, comma vessels can helpin narrowing down the diagnosis further. Althoughthere has been significant work in dermoscopy forpigmentary disorders, evidence and literature is yetto build with regards to vascular patterns in commondermatological conditions for ease of recognition anddiagnosis. We herein describe the vascular patternthat is noted in 2 cases of milia. Similar vascularpattern may occur in basal cell carcinoma that couldbe misleading and thereby defining the pattern inbenign conditions like milia should be considered anecessity.
