We report a case of 7-year-old female child whopresented with multiple, asymptomatic, purpuriclesions over face after a single episode of forcefulvomiting. On examination the lesions were purpuricbut not palpable. They were localized to bilateralperiorbital regions (Fig. 1), slightly extending to thecheeks. (Fig. 2). The child was otherwise healthy andthere was no previous history of any similar lesions inthe past in the patient or his family. There were noskin lesions elsewhere, including mucosa. There was nohistory of any trauma, fever and sun exposure. Therewas no history of drug intake.
