摘要

While gamification is increasingly advocated as a solution tomotivational problems, the understanding of how to practically design andimplement gamification in learning contexts is still limited. To address this gap,in this paper we look at identifying potential motivators and demotivators oflearning activities to be gamified which can be used to guide the selection ofadequate gamification strategies. The driving goal is through gamification tostrengthen the motivators and minimize the demotivators. We demonstrate theproposed approach in a case study.
